Please review, what am I doing wrong here?
Hi everyone. After about 3 years running a pretty successful site I have decided to switch from proprietary shopping cart to osCommerce. Took me about 1 month of work to do what I wanted and finally about two weeks I have opened it. I have submitted the site to butt load of directories and search engines (not only free ones), got the adds in Google and Yahoo and I do get some traffic, but sadly no orders. I got four orders in two weeks, while with the old site I used to get four orders in a day. Old site had a PR of 1 and still would produce. New one does not have any PR ratings yet but it's a question of time. I can't understand what am I doing wrong here. If anyone has any comments, I will be greatly appreciated.

Okay, I suggested it to another, there is a thread around with several posts regarding improving SER... read it.
I put in a bunch of things I do, as have several others - so try them.
For istance..
1) You have <h3> tags, but not an <h1> and no <h2>'s... so that needs fixing!
Additionally, you seem to hae ascript to prevent thesoure being iewed.... don't know if that could cause any issues with some bots (or Assitive Technologies for the disabled?).
2) You have no TITLE attribute in the menu links on the left! That scores minor points apperent with some SE's, and should be used anyway to provide a little more information for visitors.... (try to make the TITLE contain something similar to the PAge Description!)
Also, for things like Google, Links to your site are important - so you eed to do some link building (not easy, but worth it).
