Please reply with the code which would generate a Unicode file from a CSV ( Comma Seperated File) given as input.

I don't thinks this will work out till

you read forum rules and one very important announcement
provide detailed description of problem
your idea of approach (posible problem solution)
any coding you did so far

PS: Please do understand that this is not code generator forum.
