Does 2000 have USB drivers installed/loaded?

Old computers are getting to be a lost art. Here at Uncreative Labs, we still enjoy using the old computers. Sometimes we want to see how far a particular system can go, other times we use a stock system to remind ourselves of what we once had.

Greetings.
USB ports won't work?
Are you plugging in a USB storage drive? Like a thumb-drive?
If yes, WinXP and 2000 does not need you to install USB drivers.
It will auto-detect for you. But as for Win98, you would have to install them yourself.

Make sure you have installed the motherboard chipset drivers in your Windows 2000 installation.
