install your cell phone's drivers, connect your phone to the computer, start BitPim, go to Edit>Settings, search for your phone and if it is not there then select "Other CDMA Phone," then put COM4 (or whichever COM port your phone uses), press ok, go to Edit>Detect Phone, after it has been detected go to View>Filesystem and look into your phone's directory for the pics.
