okay...

- Negatives -
Failed Validation
Text-Resizes breaks at excessive levels
(which you can fix... your design permits it)
Incorrect Structure (you start with an H2 tag?)
No distinction between :link/:focus
Online Email Form Labels too small!!!

- Positives -
Text does resize in IE
Good distinction between :link/:hover
Good use of CSS and layout
Online Email Form (Bonus points!)
Very pleasant and appealing design

Too be honest, with a little more effort to knock-out some of the kiks and make some improvements, you have a damn fine site sat there.

- Suggestions -

Try making the page title a H1...

for the :hover css... try using :active, :hover, :focus... as that means that you enable thesame affect for keyboard users as well as mouse

Try positioning the Page Title... should help fix the text-resize issue.

for the Menu Bar... either make a huge (tall) image, with the current image as the vertical-center... or make two images that meet in the middle... do not apply a height to the bar, let the text control the height (you can pad it out to get a start point though.

... and Validate! ... always validate, as it means you havea better chance of it working on all browsers as you intend it to.

But damn well done!
I like it
