new mac user!! help

my problem could be very simple but i need help. where do you suggest i download a converter for my ipod video that would work with my mac? i tried downloading a few but i can't seem to make it work. help pls! thanks!

What video format are you trying to convert? I find that the shareware program ffmpegX handles most of my needs quite adequately. The freeware iSquint utility is also useful in that respect.

checkout www.download.com this is a great site for plenty of free and paid software for both mac and windoze.
