I'm starting a new business in China, I'm HighTech Wholesaler.

and make it known thanks to directories and other manners but I would like to know if anyone have an idea how to make my visits number skyrocket !

Try to add good, original content which normally the visitors will follow and promote your site through forum/blog/SN sites.
Relevant forums are a great option to get some good links and promote your site.
As you are selling products, you may also try to use ebay for more sales.
