I have an old Toshiba Satellite 1750. I am in the Miami area and
hurricane season is starting. I put together an external battery pack
of two 12 volt sealed lead cell batteries in series putting out 24.4 volts. I pluggedi it into to the external power port of the Toshiba and it works fine. The regular AC power supply is 19.6 volts. My question is, will I damage
the Toshiba if I run if off 24.4 volt batteries for an extentded period of time? Thanks for any enlightenment.
