Link Directory script (like shown in the link)

Hey

I am wanting to get a small link directory on my site for SEO purposes and have been looking for some time for the best script to do the job, but havent found anything yet.

So I was just wondering if some of you could help me out. I have found a webiste that has a link directory that I am looking for (Link: http://www.5silverjewelry.com/web/listing.htm ) and as you can see its quite plain and simple but blends in with the site well. Also it is SEO friendly which is a big thing.

So I was just wondering if anyone has seen a script like this around on the internet.
