Hello, you can start installing a script package like Wordpress and customize it to create content easily. For the business logic, a search box to search properties for example, you will need a database first, finding a web developer will be mandatory. Try to google real state and architect firms and you will see the difference.

This is not bad for "FUN" you have a better quality website then people i know who make a living out of it

Based on what you are using it for a CMS may be better up your street for managing the content and as for design you could stick with free templates.

The site itself is basic design but every link works minus two pages were you have no content but i understand that comes with time, all your <meta> data is in place correctly i would focus on your hompage as a priority you need content on that page to grab your visitors attentrion so create some decent content for your index.php and then your off to a great start.

Okay...

Validate!
http://validator.w3.org/

That will help ensure your site functions as it should.
Also helps certain browsers display properly and speeds up rendering if you have complicated layouts.

Consider not using Images for the links at the top.
Instead use CSS to style Text Links and apply colours to that.
It may not alter the speed, but makes it more accessible and apparently slightly better for SEO.

Get an online Email script. (most hosts have a CGI or similar).
They are proven to increase resposne rates... and not everyone uses a computer based email client (many still use hotmail etc.).

Some form of CMS or DB powered site will do you many more favours than static (faster, easier etc.).

Include the title="" attribute in Links.
It helps you provide a little more detail to users, it's moreaccessible as you do not have link text (which you might want to add as well!), and helps with SEO.

Agreed there should be a link to other parts of the site or at least the top of the page at the bottom of each page. Also put a "Contact us now" link specially in the Design Services and Property Management pages that really need one.

The pictures are well optimised, the layout is simple. Maybe you should use a sansserif font throughout.

Please review my site

For a fun website it's great. The prices of the property were also interesting even if they do need to degree of renovation.

best of luck with that
