Display Xml In Jsp

hi ,
i have to display the xml in jsp (Tree Format) .Using DOM ..its very expensive becoz its a very big xml. I have xml in string format in jsp.
For example: String xmlString =" <ALARM_CONFIG_DETAILS><ALARM_TYPE_DETAILS><ALARM_TYPE>test</ALARM_TYPE><ALARM_TYPE_DESCRIPTION>efe</ALARM_TYPE_DESCRIPTION><ALARM_OPERATIVITA_DESCRIPTION>dfsdf</ALARM_OPERATIVITA_DESCRIPTION><ALARM_IS_AUTOMATIC_CLOSED>y</ALARM_IS_AUTOMATIC_CLOSED><ALARM_TIMER>gfdg</ALARM_TIMER><ALARM_OWNER_ID>5</ALARM_OWNER_ID><ALARM_SIGNALING_TABLE_NAME>3333</ALARM_SIGNALING_TABLE_NAME></ALARM_TYPE_DETAILS><COMMENT_DETAILS><COMMENT_TYPE_ID>1</COMMENT_TYPE_ID><COMMENT_TYPE>dgsdg</COMMENT_TYPE></COMMENT_DETAILS></ALARM_CONFIG_DETAILS>";
