I have this stubborn virus on my computer that no scan will recognize. I ran my regular virus scanner and deleted a number of Trojan downloader viruses, but this one won't budge. Someone recommended running AVG, so I tried it. As soon as I tried AVG, my computer restarted and won't stop restarting. I’m not connected to the internet because it goes haywire. I'm running Hijakthis in safe mode; if someone would please help me figure out which files to delete that would be much appreciated.

how do you know if there is a virus on your computer if you cant find it when u scan?!?
