Web page also loads in Mycomputer !

Well to launch the site it needs a IE or any other browser..but any site also loads in Mycomputer and i marked that iexplore.exe does not start when site loaded through Mycomputer.
Is this is a safe thing to do that ?

Yes it just "calls IE" when you goto a URL from a folder

Yes because the shell is basically "Iexplore" but 'LOCALLY' on your computer......
