Uxtheme.dll issue

Hello!
I have an issue with uxtheme.dll, as i have patched it so i can use 3rd party themes and it's been working fine till about a week ago when i got a new DSL connection and Windows Update sent me a new update and since then every few days my display will slow down considerably and then freeze. I then log off and it displays the log out procedure of the "Classic Windows" with the popups and such. So when i log back in the theme is "Classic Windows" and the system is veryvery slow; i then restore uxtheme.dll by using the multipatcher and then i restart and then i repatch uxtheme.dll and then restart and everything is fine but its still pretty slow.
If anyone could help it'd be great.
