Toshiba Equium Ea60-155 Boot Problem

when i turn it on it posts and then i get a message saying RESUME FAILURE PRESS ANY KEY TO CONTINUE i then press any key and nothing happens also i cant get into the bios from startup.ANY INFO WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.
