Hmmm...
this will all sound a little harsh...
Text-Resize fails in IE.
Text-Resize breaks design in other Browsers.
Resizing browser breaks design.
Non friendly urls.
Non-distinct Links (cannot tell the differene between text and links!)
Hover over links results i "jumps" (why the Bold and increased size?).
Whats with the "ยง" Character?
Use Paragraphs or Lists (OL/UL/DL) to keep it organised.
Do Not link to the validator if your pages are not valid!
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=ht...%26blank%3Dyes
The RSS/Sitemap looks unprofessional.
Is it necessary to look like that?
Scroll zone overlaps the top right logo in IE.
Links to places like Oakdene do not have Link text... and are huge for Links!
MAy want to cut back on the Key Words a little as well.
Apart from all the nigley nitt-picking....
clean, clear and oen design - non-intrusive, easy to use, obvious and well structured naviagtion.
Good to have a sitemap.
Nice touch with a the email for site Admin!
(though please include an online email form - mail:to that opens a application is cheap and annoyig - there are still folks that do not use email software!).

Sometimes life holds wonderful suprises - shame I sleep through them all.

First things first. THE BACKGROUND, reminds me of my access days (when u publishing a database, know those themes you get). Secondly, not too sure about the fame, there i am scrolling down when half of my screen is free. Usability is great though. Just happened to notice when registering tool tips fall behind tables.

If a house has a long description rather ironically the "Found a bug? Report it to the webmaster" link is under the scrollbar and goes off the side of the screen. Seriously though, it need UI work. It looks like it was made in word.
