Let's not forget General Augusto Pinochet Ugarte of Chile, installed by the CIA and a true friend of the United States.

Oh yeah, General Fulgencio Batista of Cuba, this gentleman did not have one nasty bone in his body. One real father figure, Hollywood style.

General Augusto Pinochet Ugarte of Chile was Henry Kissinger's buddy, so he must have been a good dictator.

General Pervez Musharraf of Pakistan was actually elected fair and square (got 99.9% of the vote?). Can one call him a dictator, just because he acts, smells, and tastes like one?
