Please refer to....
http://www.daniweb.com/forums/thread88871.html
Most of that applies!
*And yes - I will keep refering peolpe to that topic rather than typing the same thing again and again because people keep missing what I think of as basics!)

Well, this is the revised and more mature response...
REVISE
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?>
Try using "" when setting attributes etc. within tags.
(style:nostyle -> style="notstyle")
Don't bloat your own code needlessly.
(style:nostyle ??? Simply don't put it in!)
Validate
If you bothered to validate, you'd find a listing of ove 100 errors!!!
Most of these ae iether caused by a single tag not being closed, or an open tag that shouldn't exist.
Further, correct use of "" will reove the rest!
If you really don't know what you are doig, or ar e not botheredto correct it yourself, the Validator has an option to "Clean up Markup with HTML Tidy" - which will do it for you without the need to pull out a book, or apply any thought or effort yourself
Text Doesn't resize in IE.
You have possibly used the PX measurement for Fonts/Text. IE chokes on this, so try using % or EM instead.
Text Resiz\e may break design in other Browsers.
Changing the size breaks the Tob Nav section, pushes the OK button for the search out of site, and breaks the text flow in the Services section.
Strange Hover Zones - IE
If you place the cursor just to the bottom right of Text in the Top Nav Bar, you get a flash effect.
This is dangerous to certain users, such as those with attention disorders.
Also the code should be fixed, or an epilepsy/seizure warning needs to be given!
No Link Title showig on Hover - IE
Possibly because you did not include the Title attribute in the Links.
Top Nav Links backwards?
When tabbing, you go to the Contact Us link beforethe Homepage link.
This may not be a major issue, but may cause some confusion for those using non-pointing devices to navigate the site.
Use of Tables could be supplanted with Divs.
This could make the code a little lighter and more accessible.
Why dare you calling external style sheets within the <body> section?
Why do you have Inline Styles ?
Why do you have Embedded Styles at the bottom of the page?
May be supply online email for the Departmets as well as the individuals?
No Sitemap!
So, there you go...

And I personally do not care if I get sxlapped for this...
How the hell can expect people to provide a resposne you you have made it quite clear that you do not care for the standards and the basics?
If you cannot be bothreed to perform your own Validation, why should anyone else be inclined to help you?
If you cannot be bothered to learn, to do things correctly and to make adjestmets that are needed, then please do not bother entering this profession.
There are far to many people ripping of busiesses and producing substandard sites that ignore all guidelines, usability advice and accessibility needs.
We do not need more like that.
So please make the changes that are needed, make your code as good as the design, do your job to the best of your ability, and be proud of it!

Nerd?

No, simply the fact that I do my damnest to produce good, quality work that meets the standards, requirements and guidelines for this profession!
Now, I can appreciate that if you are a single site person, make your own company site - then this sort of thing may seem a little OTT.
If it is your first site, I could be more than fogiving.
The fact that your business claims to produce webstie, when you clearly have no, and obviously don't give a damn, I think you ought to hire a professional rather than outputting what could only be termed as Cr*p.
Seriously - if you cannot accept criticism about what you have produced, why bother asking for the review?
So people can go "oh, thats pretty", or maybe "I love that little bit there", and even "nice touch with the NNN"???
Well, you achieved it - it is a good looking site, with nice touches, good polish and finish and is visually appealing - shame the backend sucks.
Fix the backend, and you will ahve a site that beats the estimated 90% out there that don't validate, don't meet the usability and accessibility requirements etc.
Then you can look at your site and feel the much deserved enormous pride that you deserve to feel.
Otherwise, forget it.
I'll simply look at your portfolio and point my clietns to them so they cansee what they could get for their money - I'll make a flaming fortune.
Seriously, bitching aside - this profession has a lot of folks in it that do not deserve to be.
Do not join the already brimming ranks of pathertic morons who don't know and don't care. Be a professional, take the time and effort to make your sites worthy of your company name.
There are movemets occuring to push for Registration of Webdesigners - to distinguish between those that are professional, and those that are cowboys.
As/When that happens, where will you stand?
Head held high knowing you are doing your utmost... or raising your six shooters and firing aimlessly?
