Well...

It doesn't validate!
Some of it could be due to Script-code, but most are silly mistaks like not closing Image tags or using attributes that are depreciated, not applicable for that item type etc.!

Why the use of Images for the top two Tabs? Could be done with text and BG Img... makes it more Usable/Accessible, maybe slightly better for SEO.
PLUS - to Title Attribute for the links.
(INFACT - no title attributes on ANY links!)

The constant changing of Body Text Colour is more than a little distracting.

The sizing of some text is confusing... hard to spot the main content from the slogans, shout-abouts and info-slams.

Text on the Right doesn't scale in IE.

Re-sizing text in MFF etc. breaks the design due to your Service Cycle (Float them!).

The Amazon links at the bottom make the site loo like a simple "hope I can make some cash off this" scheme... I thought those had finally died out ?

Same goes for the Google Links... just another way to try getting cash?

You have the PDF link in twice.

onlinesearchsolution is a total waste of time.... we have a lot better servieces available on net which are even trustworthy.... some idiot is trying to steal ur privacy by making us visit his crap
creation of mind... i found a lot of trojans and keyloggers flourishiing on this website... its a hacking trap so i advice everybody not to visit this website or make any transactions as per your security measeures

Incase ... there is no such word in the English language. A better way to phrase that is to put what you want to say at the beginning of the sentence, maybe something like this:

We will refund your money if we are not able to search the the information you requested
