u just have the knowledge of developin web forms.........
and connecting them............
u can refer any of the basic.......book for basic controles and coding....
u jus have to create link from one page to the another.........
and main thing is ur creativity........
wat type of colour combination u use for the link buttons, buttons and the background.................
