Freelance Designer Wanted! Real Estate Logo Needed.

Beekman Street Realty is an apartment rental agency in NYC, focusing on Manhattan apartments. We are looking for a logo involving blue and green (any shade). NO HOUSE IMAGES please, seeing as NYC doesn't have any houses (other tall buildings ok). We are looking for many WATERMARKED variations to chose from.

If we are happy with one, we will purchase the logo - and you remove the watermark.
