A software app designed for a touch screen that allows for a website to be linked to the software application designed for the touch screen which allows information to flow both ways.
1. The software app should be able to download updates daily from the website (update eg. daily pictures)
2. The software app should be able to capture data inputted by the user that day. (if the user printed a document/added an event to a calendar) a record is kept/made and uploaded to the site at a time during the day.
What language should I choose to develop such an application and why?
