This position is in a business unit that is being formed within a successful media company located in El Segundo within the Los Angeles area that will develop new ideas and technologies. We are currently looking for a technically focused, talented, quality conscious individual who is passionate about her/his work and can work well being the lead QA engineer developing testing frameworks and structure to support our media business unit.
Work closely with the development team to test and ensure the release of quality products, including developing, maintaining, and implementing test strategies, plans, procedures, and cases. In addition, perform load, regression, and functional testing while introducing and implementing improvements to streamline processes and procedures.
You must fit these requirements,
· Knowledge of fundamental QA principles and methodologies
· Experience testing web-based applications
· Ability and experience to write test plans and test scripts
· Some experience with automated tools
· 5+ years of QA experience including as a QA lead
· B.S. Computer Science or a similar field of studies
· Live in the Los Angeles Area
· Authorized to work in the US (visa transfer OK)
