Should help solve most of the issues your site has.

Also, sort your Char set out, as you have " ? " instead of " ' ".

Most IMPORTANT!
If JS is disabled - you get naff all on your site!
This means no one using a text browser, ay main stream Alternative/Assistive Technology etc. will see your site (in breach of most Accessibility laws).
Additionally, the estimated 10% of users viewing from the workplace won't see anything as JS is often disabled as well!

Basically,you have a Colourful, well presented and interesting design.
The Navigation is simple, things seem in the right place.
Fix the problems, and it will be perfect
