i was wondering if there s any free host that will let me have... here`s an example lets say i have a site called hi.122mb.com or freewebs/~hi is tere a host (free) that will let me have just hi.com
note: hi.com was just an example there is there no hi.com as surprising as that is

No you cant. Domains like e.g xxx.com cost money to lease whereas the owner of a domain can have many subdomains for free e.g yoursite.freewebs.com

you need a certain amount of trafffic a month i think, that sort if thing. Read the TOS.

I think any "free" hosting is never really free, usually you have to use a domain name they give you, or the pages are loaded with ads, that they make money from.
You are better off paying for your own hosting, place some ads on your site, to make money to pay for your hosting!
