what is the buyer getting for purchaing thelearning-to-invest.com?

around 50-100 daily visitors, domain, blog CMS system, all original content available there, $50/mo (or actually 70% of it from linkworth.com), around $25/mo from adsense. Plus around 150 clicks/mo to the right side "Forex trading systems" links which the buyer could monetize a bit better as so far no products sold.

However, the price of the site isn't $500 as starting offer anymore but rather $1200 and I'm not actively looking for a buyer. But if anyone's interested, feel free to let me know.
