Qualification:
Bachelors degree in a technology discipline required. Advanced degree preferred
7+ years technical experience in designing applications and physical architectures for enterprise level, mission critical systems
Experience with enterprise content management and ERP systems
Experience with portal technologies (Sharepoint 2007 a plus)
Experience integrating Web applications with back-office systems, particularly shopping card management and sales force automation/CRM systems integration
Technical expertise in .NET technology (C#, ASP.NET) with additional background in at least one other major web application platform (J2EE, Websphere, WAMP, etc)
Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle required), data modeling background, ETL experience, or strong stored procedure coding experience a plus.
Experience leading small/mid-sized development teams on projects, monitoring progress, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and on budget.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communications skills
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management in both technical and business functions, developing strong partner relationships, and defining clear service level agreements

Reports to Director of Systems Development
Description:
Manage an ASP.NET systems development team
Analyze business/information requirements specified by the user community and architect solutions required to support those requirements
Provide trade-off analysis for technical alternatives, cost/benefit analysis and risk analysis for proposed systems
Analyze existing technical environments and implement improvements through the full systems development life cycle
Create architectural documents and technical specifications based on these requirements, developing a strategic application architecture based on best practices, standards, and repeatable processes
Define the scope and manage projects through the full SDLC; regularly report on progress (dashboards, summaries, etc.) to IT and business unit sponsors
Assist and enable business units to define and execute their strategic plans by clearly and simply articulating the capabilities of various technological solutions
