Qualification:
Bachelors degree in a technology discipline with 3+ years related experience.
Demonstrable expertise with .NET (ASP.NET), Crystal Reports, Sharepoint (MOSS).
Demonstrable expertise with SQL Server 2005 including Transact SQL and DTS development a must. Oracle experience a strong plus.
XML experience required. Familiarity with SOAP a plus.
Experience with iMIS a strong plus.
Experience with market leading content management systems a strong plus.
Experience with Business Objects or similar business intelligence platforms or data warehousing experience a strong plus.
Legacy experience with Lotus Notes and Domino also a plus.
Excellent communications and problem solving skills.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
Development Manager

Description:
Assist in developing technical specifications and designs for proposed applications.
Develop processes and applications for integrating functionality between web applications and various back office systems, including Notes/Domino, Oracle, and ASP.NET applications.
Develop applications to support business initiatives on Microsoft platforms.
Troubleshoot user issues and deliver solutions.
Mentor junior application programmers and support specialists.
Develop task estimates and work with management to deliver schedule commitments.
Lead the system design efforts for new development tasks, creating architectures and documentation.
Design, code, test and implement high quality software solutions, for maintenance, new development and reports.
Communicate accurate and timely status and issues to management.
Work well with the business side analysts.
Liaise between the business, the vendor and IT.
Monitor/address tickets submitted to the Help Desk relating to processing, security, query, etc.
