Newbie Poster
NO control pannel Hope i have put this in the right place, the problem is that when i first opened my compter early in the moring only to find out that my brother just download crazy stuff. so I thought I'll use add/remove to remove it... I can't open my control panel I've tried using panda ad-ware but it wont work.. By the way how will i go to safe mode because I'm a noob at this.

you can try a few steps,
1 try extracting the cpl file to your pc
2 try do a reinstall
3 registry tweak
as for starting in safe mode hit F8 when your bios finish loading
