Hope i have put this in the right place, the problem is that when i first opened my compter early in the moring only to find out that my brother just download crazy stuff. so I thought I'll use add/remove to remove it... I can't open my control panel I've tried using panda ad-ware but it wont work.. By the way how will i go to safe mode because I'm a noob at this.
