need help linking a pc to a mobile phone(nokia,alcatel)

Do anyone knows how to write a simple application linking a pc to a mobile phone(nokia[3315],alcatel[311,331]) using visual c++. If anyone knows about it or has any relevant information(source codes) about it please do reply as soon as possible.

Lets see....... i know for a fact u can buy software to do this. I've seen software at bestbuy. Sometimes, they don't carry the right software for ur phone so you'll have to check ebay or something. what u need is a data cable and the sync software. prices can be kinda high sometimes, but if ur lucky u'll find a cheap one. so far, the ones i've seen range from $50 - $100. GOOD LUCK! :lol:
