I have a powerbook G4 that will not boot up. It gets to the first apple splash screen, and after about 10 minutes of that, just shuts off completely. I was able to boot it into single user mode, and run fsck, which returned an I/O error. I am a novice with this hardware and this operating system. Can you please advise what steps I can take? Thanks!
