Problems with my scratch made PC (missing drivers)

Ok, First off, I went out to fry's to buy a motherboard (Gigabyte GA-945GCMX-S2), DDR2 Memory Stick (512), Power Supply, and a Celeron Processor. I also have a HDD with XP: Pro-SP1 that was given to me by a friend (it came along with the computer but, the computer is old, so thats why im building a new one). I put all the parts together and it comes on on the first try (Thats good for a first build!) Alot of "Found new hardware" boxes come up and just about none of them found any drivers. Then I put in the CD that came with the Motherboard and installed all the drivers and it rebooted itself a few times. Now, this time, about half of the "Found new Hardware" windows are solved, but I still have about 9-11 that pops up after I boot. What makes it worst is that after it says "Found New Hardware", most of them are labeled as "Unknown Device"! I think the device are the motherboard components because the "found new hardware" boxes that show the actual name are usually IDE controllers, etc. But I do know that my USB ports are not working, along with the sound adapter (all integrated). I reinstalled the drivers from the CD and still no good. It would be GREAT if anyone could help me with this problem because im tired of Windows ME, 128 RAM, 4MB Video adapter, and the SEC Pentium 2 PC!

Thanks in Advance and After Advance and Before!
