Converting Printer to wireless

  #1
Oct 8th, 2007
I have an HP Color LaserJet 4500 which has a parallel and serial port. I would like to use the printer in a wireless mode but I have to convert the parallel to USB to accept a wireless router.

Any suggestions?

Sincerely,

Crafty

You can buy wireless print servers that have paralell ports (these are cheaper than the usb ones??!!)

if your printer has an eithernet port you can use a wireless bridge to connect it to the network. They work well and most of them have a few eithernet ports to use if you need to place it with a few printer. or other devices.
