Internet speeds way down along with connectivity

Okay so recently my internet speeds have shot way down. I use a wireless router and the pages used to load in an instant. Now it takes forever to load sites and videos etc. Also, at random times my wireless setup will not be able to connect and will disconnect when it wants and then it will say that there is limited or no connectivity. It's getting so annoying. Please help. Here is the hijack this log. Thanks in advance.

SDFix
and save it to your desktop.

Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the
following :
  • Restart your computer
  • After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the
    Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
  • Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu with options should appear;
  • Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press "Enter".
  • Choose your usual account.
  • In Safe Mode, right click the SDFix.zip folder and choose Extract
    All    ,
  • Open the extracted folder and double click RunThis.bat to
    start the script.
  • Type Y to begin the script.
  • It will remove the Trojan Services then make some repairs to the
    registry and prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
  • Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
  • Your system will take longer that normal to restart as the fixtool
    will be running and removing files.
  • When the desktop loads the Fixtool will complete the removal and
    display Finished, then press any key to end the script and load
    your desktop icons.
  • Finally open the SDFix folder on your desktop and copy and paste the
    contents of the results file Report.txt back onto the forum with
    a new HijackThis log

Can you please do the following.

Can you disable Windows Defender as it may interfere with the removal process. Please leave it disabled until your PC has been given the all clear.
  • Open Windows Defender
  • Click Tools
  • Click General Settings
  • Scroll down to Real Time Protection Options
  • Uncheck Turn on Real Time Protection (recommended)
  • After you uncheck this, click on the Save button
  • Close Windows Defender

1. Download this file from one of the following links :

2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply, along with a new hijackthis log.

The internet speeds are still terrible. Do you think uninstalling and reinstalling the wireless card drivers etc might help? I know this might sound stupid but having a fish tank right near the computer would this have an effect. I'm using a fluval 205 external filter system? But I still have a 11mb connection it says. The limited connectivity comes on every ounce in a while and I'm not able to access the internet at times.

I have never heard of a fish tank affecting an internet connection, but I suppose that if a fish jumped out and got stuck in the line...............
