Outlook 2003 custom mail button

  #1
Oct 13th, 2007
Hi all

This is my first post here as i need some help with a minor problem that is annoying me as i feel fairly confident it is an easy thing to do. What i have done is create a custom button in outlook 2003 that will open a new message and insert a predefined subject line to allow the email to go through a email gateway to email addresses outside of my company, which works correctly. What i woud now like to do is have a button that allows me to reply to messages from outside agencies. This would do the same as a normal reply button i.e. insert the address taken from the recieved mail and the body text as well as enter a custom subject line to allow the mail out through the gateway. if any one knows how to do this i would be very gratefull of any help.
