Go and register with every single search engine you can. Hit the major ones that don't charge for registration such as the open directory project (http://dmoz.org/). Within about 2 months, google will have spidered to your boards...but you can increase traffic using banner exchanges with other sites and also with getting an ad banner. Once I put up google ad sense, I had an increase in traffic of about 40% and my membership jumped from 20 members to 90 members. And don't underestimate the importance of meta tags for crawling search engines. If you don't know what they are, try http://searchenginewatch.com/webmast...le.php/2167931

Hi,

You might have problems with members because of the names of your websites. I am very tempted to send this topic in for review, and possible cancellation, due to the vulgar nature of the website name. Certainly anyone with 1/2 a brain will not hit your site from work, as if it shows up in the firewall logs, you can bet that the IT department will be calling.

Also, don't be unrealistic about your forum. I just heard about it today, and just found out about it in here because it is my job to scan the forums and go through the questionables. Otherwise, I would have never known about it. I certainly don't go around scanning for domain names that have vulgar language contained within.

Christian

One thing I would do, is let people see what you have rather than just a log in page.
