ASP.NET expert(s) needed!

I'm looking for a programmer or small team of programmers (EXPERTS at ASP.NET) who can regularly work on my site, AJhub dot com

Please visit the site and take a look around to make sure you can handle it.

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who is willing to work part-time for a low fixed monthly amount for six months, followed by a much higher amount for the next six months, followed by even more after that. The first six months are kind of like a "test period."

I want to make several large changes/upgrades/improvements to the site.

You'll need a PC with visual Studio 2005, SQL Server 2005, and VSS2005 (if you want source control (a good idea)) setup with the .net framework 2.0 to efficiently handle this.
