Make URLS understandable

  #1
Oct 25th, 2007
Hi everyone,

I dont know how to create urls friendly in the term of 'search engine friendly'. I have a website writen in ASP and my website url is: www.explorevietnamtravel.com. For example when i click to new page-About us, the url is www.explorevietnamtravel.com/home/gioithieu.asp.

Please help me to guide how can i change the url become explorevietnamtravel.com/home/about_explorevietnamtravel.asp to make it look "user friendly"

Thanks a lot

Andy

read up on SEO with url friendliness. Your urls should be fine for SE's. The times that you need to worry about it are with querystrings that pass needed values. But look it up to find out what is best for you.

and if you are just wanting to change your document names, then just rename them! But make sure all links are updated accordingly in each file.
