Which process is using the cpu time?
If you have looked in Task Manager you should be able to see which process is taking the cpu time up. Are you sure that it's not the system idle process that is at 90-100%? That is normal.

i actually don/t know anythn... i wud be running spywareblaster or ad aware and firefox... when i chek the task manager it wud usually be 90- 100% but i guess this is not any nasty spyware problems? maybe its in anothr thread hmm.....
