here is a problem alot of us cannot figure out ,,after upgrading to xp pro the sound level bar goes down even if you move it all the way up , it still goes slowly back to low, i have a compaq presario 5020 and the driver is ess1869, i have encountered this problem with alot of other compaq owners but no one has found a cure , some one said the drivers are not compatible with xp pro ???? any help would be appreciated...unkl ![]() |
