G4 Mac Start Up Probs???pls Help

I recently attempted to clean some space from my G4, im sure im running OSX 9, anyway i started the comp up the next day & was greeted with this mag on a black screen...

obviously i have deleted something i shouldnt have any ideas please how i may fix this prob..

You need to reinstall Mac OS.
