I have a Dell desktop, w/WinXP sp2. On the Device manager the multimedia controller properties says, Other devices; mfg. unknown; location PCI Slot 4 (PCI bus 2, device 10, function 1). There is a question mark in front of it and I can't load any drivers because I can't find any. also have a Sound, video and game controller with same problem except location is PCI Slot 4 (PCI bus 2, device 10, function 0). I can't figure this one out. JC
