k-meleon.exe DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\Windows\system32\shell32.dll occupied address range reserved for windows system DLLs.
The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.

Well, it all depends on your network setup.
- What kind of an internet connection do you use? (Cable/DSL, Dial-up, LAN, Wireless, etc.)
- If your computer isn't connecting to the internet through a LAN/WLAN, is it connected via Ethernet, or is it hooked directly to a modem?
- How do you obtain your IP address? (Dynamic or Static)
