I am brokering for a client; the owner of EvoGFX.com. EvoGFX.com is an old and respected community of graphic and web designers. It was created on June 20, 2005, and has grown to over 120,000 posts and 8,000 loyal members.

This website has never changed hands in the past, and the current owner of the website (my client) is the original founder of EvoGFX.com. He is selling because of some financial emergencies which requires him to come up with cash right away. Because the owner is so attached to the forum itself, he would like to continue posting on the forums as an administrator, or as a normal member, even after the ownership change. Revenue Details:
The forums have not yet been monetized (and never has been) with advertisements. It is currently receiving $20/month purely off of text link ads from private advertisers. Adsense ads have not been added. Site is NOT adsense banned, and adsense can be added as the new primary source of income. True potential here.

Also, with the large userbase of web designers, there is more potential here for affiliate revenue/profit.
