I'm not sure if its software or a program or what... I just know that I really want it and I need someone to build it.. or create it/ write it.. etc... Can someone help?

I want someone to create a program based on my idea.. it is for a computer.. its a dj program kinda like pc dj... but I want to change it.. and add a few things.. I also want to taKE OUT A FEW THINGS...
