loading problem

i've a celeron labtop that was having window xp service pack 1, i upgrade it with windom xp service pack 2 but the now the computer has refuse to completing loading.......After switching the computer, it'll telling me "loading your personal setting" and will later come with "save setting" and log off the computer and now i dont know what to do..

you are posting winxp problem in a win98 section ,go the winxp section and give some more details as to how you did the upgrade and such
