restoring lost rundll32.exe file

hi

i'm using windows ME. Somehow, the rundll32.exe file is missing and it enables me to open many programs and applications. What are the solutions to this problem for WINDOWS ME USER. There are several solutions out there, but they only work for XP or the older versions, not ME. I reaally need some help, please reply!! THanks!!

try this:

Boot to DOS
Put the Windows ME disk in the cd drive
goto cd rom drive (ie d: )
Type:
cd win9x
Extract /a *.cab rundll32.exe /l c:\Windows

Hopefully that will work.
