Please could you have a look at my site (http://www.taylorsnet.co.uk)
It is a Source Code Information Site.

My first tip is: Do something to improve the layout. It looks like all those site made with frontpage. Secondly, it seems as if you didn't use the right character set while coding your html.
Most of the letters in your texts are being replaced with a block and that makes your content unreadable.

I will second the suggestion that the site layout be re-done. It really looks... unprofessional.
Blue links on blue background on left is bad idea. The links in the top bar area don't give any kind of feedback that they could be clicked except for the mouse changing it's cursor. Check out dynamicdrive.com for better menus. Add a copyright notice at the bottom of every page, just in case someone comes into your site without starting at the home page, they'll know they can just copy the code at will.
Offer a way for others to submit their source code snippets and you'll make the site more useful and more interactive and give people more of a reason to keep coming back.
Munge the e-mail address on the home page unless you want to get found by spam-bots.
