I Can't Resize A JPEG.

Don't know if this is the right forum. Anyways, a freind of mine hosted a scan from an article for me to read but it was too small for me to read and others at the forum so I figured I'd save it to "My Pictures" and then upload it to JPEG Wizard, resize it, which I did, and then host it at Photbucket, and I also did this BUT it only appears at the thumbnail size of the article and not the size I increased it to. It seems to stay at the size before you click the button on the bottom right.

Thanks to anyone that can help.

Try using a third party graphics tool such as photoshop, paintshop pro or possibly MS paint.

I think JPEP Wizard is third party.

I can't even load a jpeg file to MS Paint, only bmp files for some reason.

That said, does anyone actually know how to do this? Thanks.
