Connector Apple 17" Studio Display

Expand Post »
Can you help me with the connection of a 17" Apple Studio Display.

The sub-D 9-pins connector was cut off and I don't know the right way to connect a new one.

I have the following collored wires: Red/Green/Blue/Gray (Thick ones) and Red/Black/Orange/Yellow/grey (Thin ones)

I need a connectiondiagram witch shows what color should be connected to what pinnumber.

HAHAHHA crazy, I'd like to hear how that works out for you. I am wondering about electrical interference at the splice. Wouldn't they be insulated?

I hope you find a way to make it work.
